Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a remote Project Manager to join a U.S. based distributed engineering team that can deliver market-leading software solutions.

• Adhere to agile development best practice
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and building cutting-edge applications
• Implement unit tests using test driven development (TDD)
• Implement and refactor using relevant design patterns
• Mentor other engineers
• Proactively learn and implement new best practices
• Manage expectations by communicating regularly
• Code review pull requests in a CI / CD environment
• Review requirements and provide input
• Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest, design and launch new features
• Maintain code integrity and organization

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• 6+ years of experience in technology with 2+ years in technical project management and 2+ years required business analysis experience
• Technical Project Management of software-related projects
• Proficiency with Project Management tools; spreadsheets or others

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and previous experience with North American software companies.
